Once again Sirha Budapest will open its gates between 22 and 24 March in 2022, at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center. The biggest food and HoReCa trade show of Central and Eastern Europe will welcome the representatives of the trade not only from Hungary, but foreign countries as well.

Klára Tihanyi, exhibition director of Sirha Budapest told: HUNGEXPO Zrt. will pay special attention to complying with the hygiene regulations in force, so that visitors can feel safe at Sirha Budapest – which, for the first time, will be a hybrid event where exhibitors and visitors can also meet online.

METRO Kereskedelmi Kft. is the trade fair’s main professional partner, but the organisers also work together with the Hungarian Confectioners Guild and the Hungarian Baker Association. There will be many conferences and showcases at Sirha Budapest, plus the Sirha Budapest Dessert Competition, the Public Sector Catering Competition and the international Innovation Product Competition will also be organised. Sirha Budapest is going to be the host of the final of Bocuse d’Or Europe chef contest too, on 23 and 24 March 2022 – in the HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center!

Returning and first-time exhibitors from the Czech Republic

CzechTrade’s Budapest Office regularly takes part in Sirha Budapest, with collective stands where 6-8 exhibitors showcase their products. This year natural syrup maker Syrupy Bartoník and HoReCa food supplier specialist Bidfood Hungary Kft. (e.g. ice creams, sous vide products, ready meals and meat products) will make their debut at our stand. Regularly returning exhibitors include Liquid Gold Kft.
