Contaminated foods were seized in a plant in Tolna county
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) seized one hundred tons of unknown origin, unmarked, contaminated food products, mainly vegetable flour in a plant in Tolna county.
The NÉBIH in its release told that the flours and other products such as apricot seed flour, linseed flour, grape seed flour, wheat germ and coconut products were made in a dirty, room with cracked walls. The products were made with contaminated dirty machines manufactured and filled into dirty pots. During the procedure, the operation of the plant has been suspended with immediate effect. (MTI)
