Hospitality from the outside
According to the ‘Gastro survey of the year – 2021’ by Mastercard and Piqniq Budapest, working in hospitality is attractive to those who aren’t active in the sector yet: 11 percent of the 1,600 respondents said they plan to open their own place; 80 percent of them are women and 73 percent are city dwellers, typically aged between 26 and 35 years. For the respondents it is important to learn about the latest trends and technologies.
