Risky EKÁER
The modification of the Electronic Public Road Trade Control System (EKÁER) has entered into force: in the new system even those must pay a risk warrant who transport non-risky goods. The new regulation doesn’t affect product selling in the Community, only purchasing and the first domestic selling. An analysis by MAZARS reveals that newcomers to the EKÁER system must pay a risk warrant for a specified period of time.
The risk warrant needs to be submitted at the time of the first reporting and at the time of the reporting that takes place 180 days later. It is very important that the sum of the risk warrant needs to be 15 percent of the value of total sales planned for the 45 days after the reporting. After this it has to be monitored constantly whether the risk warrant paid covers the 15-percent of the sales value on average in the 45-day periods.
