Introduction of plant-based foods – just a passing fad or is it the future?
On November 14, Hungary’s leading plant-based food industry conference will focus on the segment of the business sector that follows, advances, and colors the plant-based trend in Hungary.
Does your company want to open up to plant-based food, or has it already introduced some gastronomic innovations? Are you ready to introduce plant-based foods? Among other things, this will be discussed at Hungary’s leading plant-based food industry conference, where Kristóf Steiner and Gianni Annoni will discuss topics that are of interest to managers and owners of restaurants/cafes/hotels/catering companies, chefs, cooks, confectioners, representatives of food manufacturing and distribution companies. In addition to professionals, everyone else who is interested in plant-based foods, catering and gastronomy is welcome to the METRO Gastronomy Academy. Trade Magazin is the media sponsor of the event.
