Magazine: I’d love to have some pálinka-flavoured salmon!

A real 21st-century Hungaricum product entered the market last month: cold-smoked salmon filet with pálinka flavouring. The new 100g product was developed by Hering-Trade and Rézangyal, and it is available in barrique grape marc pálinka and barrique plum pálinka versions.
