A restaurant in the second district was closed with immediate effect due to serious hygiene problems
The Hungarian National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) has immediately suspended the operation of a restaurant located on Hidegkúti Road due to severe hygiene issues.
During the inspection, authorities found heavily accumulated dirt, discolored ceilings, and cracked walls in the kitchen. There was a lack of proper lighting protection, necessary work tables, and the dual-basin sink did not have the required connections. Additionally, about 50 kilograms of untraceable and expired food were ordered to be immediately removed from circulation. The restaurant can resume operations only after necessary corrections and a subsequent favorable inspection by the authorities. The procedure and determination of fines are currently ongoing.
