Kantar: a saját márkák a globális élelmiszerköltés 22%-át adják
A Kantar új kutatása szerint a saját márkás termékek jelenleg a globális élelmiszer-költések közel 22%-át teszik ki. Ugyanez 2021-ben 21,1% volt. A Kantar szerint a saját márkás termékek erőteljes növekedési pályára álltak: 2022-ben kilencszeres növekedést realizáltak az előző évhez képest.
A Kantar Global Omnichannel Report szerint a saját márkás termékek valamennyi modern kereskedelmi csatornában előretörtek a márkákhoz képest. A legnagyobb növekedést a szuper- és hipermarketekben, valamint a kényelmi csatornákban regisztrálták, ahol a kereskedelmi márkák 0,8%, illetve 1%-os részesedést szereztek.
Ugyanakkor a márkák viszonylag jól teljesítettek a diszkontokban, és nagyobb növekedést értek el a nagyrészt saját márkás termékek által dominált csatornában.
Bár a saját márkák sikere részben a diszkontok gyors növekedésének tulajdonítható, a Kantar szerint fontos megjegyezni, hogy a kereskedelmi márkák növekedésének 68%-a e csatornán kívülről származik.
