Back to school: Ongoing actions at the retail chains
The large retail chains can significantly increase their turnover in the school starting season. The most important factor for the families is price – Világgazdaság Online wrote.
“Although fewer children will start school this year than last year, due to the great variety and continuous actions an increase is expected in turnover, it could be up to 5-10 percent” – Samu Zsófia, Head of Communications at Auchan told Világgazdaság. In the first week of August, an increase in demand for school supplies occurs that will jump after the weeks after 20 August and gradually strengthens in early September.
