In June the first joint Employer Branding Conference of the Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ) and Marketing Art was held. Trade magazin was the event’s media partner.

Krisztina Bódi, the main organiser of the conference and managing director of Marketing Art told: in her experience employer branding isn’t only an important task from a HR point of view, but one can also do a lot for their employer brand using marketing tools.

Speakers included Dr Imola Csehné Papp, Ph.D. associate professor of ELTE, Dr Mihály Soós, institute director of the University of Debrecen, Zsófia Bánhegyi, chief commercial officer of Szerencsejáték Zrt., and Márka’s marketing and HR director Adrienn Horváth.

Participants of the event agreed that the key to successful employer branding is the cooperation between the areas concerned
A roundtable discussion on the cooperation of generations in companies followed, hosted by Kata Márton. In the afternoon Vilma Pavlova, people development and operations director of the TV2 Group gave a presentation and then another roundtable followed.
