Meats are becoming more expensive: the rise in cost prices and the difficulties faced by processors are in the background
The rise in the price of meat poses serious challenges to processors due to the increase in cost prices, said Tamás Éder, president of the Association of Responsible Food Producers, in a statement to Pénzcentrum. According to the specialist, the price of live animals has doubled at one point in the past year and a half and then started to decrease, but processors can still post critical losses.
