Sirha Budapest: Almost half of the exhibition space is already booked
The next Sirha Budapest trade show will take place on 4-6 February 2020. It perfectly shows the significance of the Budapest event that already about100 companies have booked 5,000m² of exhibition space – this is half of the trade fair’s total floor space! Those companies that haven’t booked yet can still do at a preferential rate before 31 October 2019.
Last time 300 companies showcased their products and services on 12,000m² for 21,500 trade visitors from the food, baking and confectionery, hotel and restaurant, packaging and gastronomy sectors. As for the composition of visitors, 32 percent represented the HoReCa sector, 13 percent came from the food industry and 12 percent were retail and trade professionals.
Programmes will include a wide range of conferences, the Hungarian final of the Bocuse d’Or chef competition and the International Catering Cup, the Sirha Budapest dessert competition and many more. Visit www.sirha-budapest.com for more information! (x)
