Recycling revolution at Vöslauer
Vöslauer is Austria’s market leader brand, so it is responsible for the environment and sustainability as well. From many points of view the company also plays a pioneering role in recycling. Since March 2020 Vöslauer mineral water has been available in 100 percent rePET bottles in Hungary too.
A real recycling revolution has taken place at Vöslauer – although it must be noted that already before the switch to 100 percent rePET, the company’s water bottles contained minimum 60 percent rePET raw material. Since February 2020 Vöslauer has been a 100 percent CO2-neutral company. With the help of renewable energy, more efficient energy utilisation and recycled material use, the company’s carbon footprint keeps decreasing across the value chain. (x)
