Free trade agreement: the Hungarian food may win
Hungary will win on the world markets with the flavor of its foods. After the signing of the free trade agreement Hungary can even defeat America – Vadász György executive president of the National Association of Trade and Industry told Helyi Híradó.
Vadász György believes that it is not worth to Hungary to announce a quantitative competition. He said that it is enough to face the fact that the Hungarian consumers acquire only 40 percent of their ham consumption from domestic manufacturers. In many cases, we cannot buy Hungarian products, because it is sold abroad before processing. One of the most important market is Spain, where – perhaps many do not know – the world-famous Serrano ham is made of Hungarian raw materials. (hirado.hu)
