Great competition with warning signs

The Metro Gastro Academy in Budaörs hosted the semi-finals of the Public Sector Catering Competition (KÖSZ). Twelve 4-member teams qualified for the final, which will take place at the Sirha Budapest trade show in 2022. It is characteristic of the trade’s situation that 8 from the 28 teams cancelled their participation at the last moment, because some members quit their job. //
