Nielsen: trade turnover increased beside more active advertising
For the domestic TV ads of food, household chemical products and cosmetics the companies spent 20 percent more last year than in the year before, on the list price.
The views also grew: The screen ads of the fast moving consumer goods achieved 7 percent higher GRP than in the year before – the Nielsen Közönségmérés Kft. reveals. The Gross Rating Point (GRP) is the rate of the viewers generated by the advertising. The purpose of the GRP is to measure the number of contacts of the advertising campaign within the target group.
