Nébih: food security is good in the ice cream parlors near the Lake Balaton
The food security is especially great in the ice-crem stalls near the Lake Balaton, but because of some minor deficiencies 9 ice cream parlors were fined by the food safety inspectors during the great ice cream test – the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) told MTI on Wednesday.
The National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) held inspections for two months, from early June until the end of July at twenty popular lakeside ice cream parlors and examined their products.
The food safety experts considered the situation as exceptionally good. Fines were only imposed in a total value of 800,000 HUF, because of minor deficiencies. (MTI)
