Shoppers focusing on quality
Global research by Nielsen identified six shopper types, one of them is defined as follows: ‘spends money focusing on quality.’ These shoppers ‘pick the best product in each category, no matter what their prices are.’ The atmosphere of the store is also important to them, they aren’t thrilled by the idea of having to do shopping and they like it if they can get everything at the same place.
