Unilever: Every second manager is a woman
In Unilever’s management 50 percent of executives are now women. The company made the biggest progress in this domain in those business lines where women had been traditionally underrepresented: supply chain delivered the biggest leap forward, where 40 percent of leaders are now women. In finances women’s share is 50 percent, while at UniOps – the company’s operations and technology engine – 47 percent of managers are women. //
