The Hungarian team started to compete in the world finals of Bocuse d'Or
The Hungarian team started to compete in the finals of the world’s most prestigious cooking competition, at the world finals of Bocuse d'Or on Wednesday morning in Lyon, France, where the best chefs of 24 nations of five continents will compete for the title.
Each team has 5 hours and 35 minutes to prepare a fish and a meat dish. Molnár Gábor and his assistant Pohner Ádám is working in kitchen number 10. Vomberg Frigyes coach can help the team's work with advices during the race from behind the counter.
During the assesment the criterias are the taste and sight, as well as the use of country-specific elements and proper background work as well.
The mandatory ingredient of the meat dish at this year's final is the guinea fowl, and trout in case of the fish dish. (MTI)
