Hungary will increase funding for research and development and innovation from the current 1.6 percent of GDP to 3 percent by 2030, Csák János, Minister of Culture and Innovation said at the awards ceremony of the 31st Youth Science and Innovation Talent Competition in Budapest on Monday.

Outstanding entries were also presented at the award ceremony of the 31st Youth Science and Innovation Talent Search Competition of the Hungarian Innovation Association (MISZ). The jury awarded 3 first, 3 second and 4 third prizes, 12 high praises and a further 27 additional praises. (MTI)
