Kotányi smoked black pepper
After drying, we give the peppercorns a mild smoking on beechwood for 7 days. This special black pepper can add a nice smoky taste to both meat and vegetable dishes. By using it we can create a barbecue atmosphere any time of the year. The product is available in both retail- and gastro-size packaging.
