We need the meat experience
According to a US survey by Buyers Edge Platform with more than 20,000 restaurant goers, restaurant sales of meat alternatives increased by 87 percent in 2019. London-based Technavio forecasts that plant-based burger sales will grow by 40 percent a year until the middle of the decade.
