The average number of employees in January-March was 4,674,000
The number of employees decreased by 10 thousand and the number of commuters abroad was 14 thousand more than in the same period of the previous year, so the average total number of employees in January-March was 4 674 thousand.
66.4% of the population aged 15-74 were present in the labor market in the last month, compared to an activity rate of 65.2% in the same month last year, which is comparable seasonally. In the same month, the unemployment rate according to the international statistical methodology was 3.6%, compared with 3.8% in the previous month and 4.0% in the same month of the previous year.
