This year, the Hungarian Bakers’ Association organized a national professional competition
Fresh bread with a crispy crust, bread tied with a national ribbon, seeded buns, red-white-green loaves, onion-honey and raspberry-pistachio flavored bakery products – these are some examples of the products that, on June 14 and 15, the Hungarian Bakers’ Association were placed on the table of his competition.
This year, the Hungarian Bakers’ Association announced its professional competition for the twelfth year. The aim of the competition in 2023 is also to encourage bakery companies to create the most exciting, innovative and unusual bakery products, thus enriching the selection of one of our most basic foods, bread.
This year, you could also enter the competition in three categories, so the organization was waiting for baked goods in the St. Stephen’s day bread, Innovative bread and the Walking Cake product categories introduced as a novelty last year.
