From HO to HI – i.e. Home Office plus Hybrid Office – methods of working
The series started several months ago about the experiences of the Home Office working method and the current practice, which is carried out by domestic and international companies in Hungary. I reached the third chapter, which already shows and indicates the direction of HO’s development.
The application is self-explanatory, almost self-explanatory – from HO to Hybrid, HI OFFICE. The pandemic is slowly coming to an end, we hope – there will be no continuation. It brought many changes in our outlook on life, our perception, and thus, understandably, in our work methods as well. You change too, not just your environment, which sentence is valid in every situation, especially if we look at the last 3 years. Change-change-change – in all areas and situations at home and at work. The organizational structure, the number and level of jobs are all areas that are constantly changing and this change affects our everyday life. It is no different at my previous workplace at Unilever, which is always ahead in inventing and spreading new methods. I asked Mónika Vörös, HR expert and specialist, who is the owner and expert in this area in the region, about these topics.
