The company even does market research to be familiar with the latest consumption trends – informed managing director Balázs Gergely. Classic pasta products realise the majority of Gergely Food’s sales. Three months ago they rolled out oat pasta products and August brought the launch of a spelt pasta range. All pasta ingredients and the packaging materials are sourced in Hungary. This year 26 Gergely Food products earned the right to use Hungarian Product trademarks. Being a Hungarian family business, it is very important for Gergely Food to strengthen its brands, increase sales and represent the national values with the help of Hungarian Product Nonprofit Kft. //
