Magazine: The aspects of health and wellness prevail in our diet
In Hungary, the majority of people consider themselves as overweight in some degree. Four in ten are on a slimming diet as well.
Most of them are carrying out a slimming diet by changing their diet and moving or exercise more – the Nielsen consumer information and knowledge services company’s research reveals. The research explored the links between health and wellness, as well as between eating habits and was conducted in sixty countries including Hungary. (Nielsen)
