Chatbot at ALDI Magyarország

The ALDI Magyarország Élelmiszer Bt., within the international network of ALDI, and as the first in the domestic food retailing sector, launched its chatbot service on Messenger.

The intelligent solution built into the messaging service responds to the incoming questions 24 hours a day as it quickly accesses and displays the informations. The program is available from 10 May.
