Bocuse d’Or: the chairman of the Hungarian team will be in the meat jury
Hamvas Zoltán, chairman of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy and the president of the Hungarian team is taking part in the meat dishes jury at the Bocuse d’Or International Chef Competition in Lyon on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The drawing of the members of the tasting jury was held in Lyon on Monday, before the competitors purchased raw materials – the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy told MTI on Monday. (MTI)
