I feel I can contribute a lot in organising competitions, and evaluating the entries as a member of the jury panel. One of my goals is to participate in the negotiations with government agencies, representing the interests of the confectioner trade.
Zsolt Csuta

My next mission is to convince colleagues before the ice cream season starts that we should sell ice cream not by scoop but by weight: I will draft the guidelines for this, which I am happy to share with fellow confectioners.
Balázs Erdélyi

president
We still have a lot of work to do, for instance revamping the website and the newsletter, creating a stronger and more professional online presence, being there on more platforms. The last few years have proved that we can achieve more by joining forces, so I will carry on strengthening the ties with other professional bodies.
Beatrix Harrer-Abosi

If I could choose, I would be glad to work in the field of chocolate: confectioners could come to my shop to learn about cocoa beans and the many different types of chocolate that can be made from them.
Zoltán Kiss

The guild plays a very important role in training the next generation of confectioners. My expectation is that every member of the presidency will choose a field where they act as mentors, e.g. training, competition organising, supervising the quality of work, etc. //
