The most significant results of the past 10 years is projected in the real estate development sector for 2016 and 2017.
The volume increase is more than threefold, compared to the previous two years, as the members of the Real Estate Developers Association Roundtable (IFK) expect that more than 1 million square meters of real estate will be built. The total investment value of all the projects will exceed 1.75 billion euros, ie 560 billion HUF.
