Amazon would buy Real
German Metro chain would sell its retail units – Világgazdaság Online wrote.
In the 282 units of the Real Business Network, 34,000 people are working. It is estimated that the price paid for the chain will be one billion-euros. In the last quarter, Real’s turnover fell by 7.2 percent year on year. This could be caused by the early Easter and the unusually hot weather, but it is also true that Metro has already planned to sell Real, focusing on its main profile, wholesale trade. (vg.hu, K.B.)
