Free-from only
In February the METRO Gastro Academy hosted the 6th edition of the Free-from Vegan Chef of the Year competition. All the dishes and desserts prepared in the competition are gluten-, sugar- and dairy-free and vegan. The competition, organised by Free-from Only, seeks to raise awareness of the importance of an allergen-free, healthy diet. Fanni Dömös finished first in the amateur category and Dávid Molnár from Rézkakas Bisztró won among professional chefs.
