Job search and wage transparency are also supported by Profession.hu’s new campaign
The campaign launched on October 17 serves a dual purpose: with its intense presence and content that is expected to influence the public discourse, it also motivates previously passive job seekers – giving them information that they did not have before. It also promotes the transparency of salaries, which can make the entire labor market more efficient in the long term.

Wage transparency brings stability to the labor market
“For years, we have been supporting the spread of wage transparency with various methods. In addition, in the spring of 2022, we noticed that the number of active job seekers on the Hungarian job market decreased. As a market leader and responsible industry player, we were therefore looking for a tool system that could provide a solution to both problems. We first approached it from the side of employers and made it mandatory to provide wage ranges for certain types of advertisements posted online. And for the fall, we were looking for a solution that could shake up even passive job seekers. They will raise their heads at the high salaries made public, and our wage demand analysis tool, which functions as a receiving page, will also provide them with valuable information.”
– said Balázs Varga, Marketing Manager of Profession.hu, about the campaign.
