”Those who miss out won’t be there!” – the KÉSZ Group educates with a comedian
Are the water and gas lines on the same route? Is your cost planning in chaos? Do the windows and doors arrive at the wrong time? These are all errors in an investment that can be avoided with accurate planning and the use of BIM methodology. With the help of a comedian, the KÉSZ Group demonstrated how digitization can help the construction industry.
The KÉSZ Group’s video presents mistakes and stereotypes related to classic construction with the help of comedian Dávid Musimbe Dennis. In the film, situations arise that can easily be prevented or corrected quickly with the help of digitalization.
The goal of the KÉSZ Group is to present the so-called BIM methodology, which plays an increasingly important role in the daily operations of investments and construction companies, in a humorous and understandable form for laymen.
“The BIM methodology (Building Information Management) is increasingly unavoidable in the construction industry, but at the same time, it causes many people a headache in the beginning, as it is a hard-to-grasp and even more complex approach. Within the company group, we have been working on educating our colleagues on this topic for a long time, but with our unusual video, we wanted to present this approach, which at first seems complicated, in an unusual way that is also comprehensible to laymen, but at the same time entertaining. In the video, we contrast sub-tasks before BIM, which in many cases were difficult to follow, and more planable and efficient operations thanks to the appearance of BIM. For the experts, it’s fun because they must have encountered similar situations in the past, and for laymen because this kind of presentation from the mouth of a comedian will make even the uninitiated laugh, at least we trust it.”
– said Tímea Zima, marketing communications manager of the KÉSZ Group.
