The sweeTEN programme continues
At the end of May, the guild’s sweeTEN programme continued. In the morning session, the 10 young confectioner talents listened to a presentation by Gábor Mészáros, the owner of 90-year old Mészáros confectionery in Szombathely. Then Ádám Varga form Mészáros Macaron & Dessert Boutique in Graz made four types of macaron with the students. In the afternoon Judit Fehér taught how to make chocolate flowers and other cake decorations.
Next time Balázs Ipacs showed the young confectioners around Hisztéria confectionery in Tápiószecső. In mid-June master confectioner Sándor Kovács from Gerbeaud confectionery showed how to make traditional pastry and desserts. One week later Kata Fülöp spoke about conflict management and master confectioner János Kovács took course participants to the world of caramel flowers.

The Guild takes a great deal of pride in the talent programme
