A joint research and development project was launched by Pick and the University of Szeged
With the help of EU support, a joint research and development project has been launched by Pick and the University of Szeged (SZTE), aiming to find innovative solutions to improve the competitiveness of traditional meat products – the CEO of the Bonafarm Group said on Thursday in Szeged.
Nagy Endre said at a press conference of the project that has a total budget of 2,573 billion forints, that the Pick Téliszalámi product is almost 150 years old and it was the first product to become a Hungaricum. (MTI)
