The European Commission has improved its growth forecast for Hungary
The European Commission has improved its forecast for the growth of Hungarian gross domestic product (GDP), expecting 3.4 percent growth for this year, compared to the 3.2 percent previous expectations. For next year 2.6 percent is expected.
The European Commission published its preliminary winter economic forecast on Thursday, highlighting that GDP grew by 4.8 percent last year over expert calculations. It is the fourth highest in the European Union. (MTI)
