This commitment is reflected in its second Sustainability Report too. With this highly complex report on responsible business operations, Lidl Magyarország earned the recognition of the independent jury of experts, winning the 2023 Green Frog Award. In 2023 Deloitte Magyarország already organised the 23rd edition of the Green Frog Award, which aims to honour companies where sustainability is an integral part of business strategy, organisational culture and daily operations.

“In the evaluation, the independent jury also takes into account whether the report includes ESG objectives, whether it presents the most relevant topics from a stakeholder perspective, and whether it is based on understandable and reliable data. We are committed to creating good living and working conditions and fair partnerships. For Lidl Magyarország it is a priority to communicate our sustainability performance in high quality and transparent fashion to customers, supplier partners, colleagues and all stakeholders. We are proud of the fact that our second Sustainability Report has also been honoured”, says Judit Tőzsér, head of company communication. (x)
