Walmart: Artificial intelligence assists shoppers in China
Walmart China installed self-service smart scales from Malong Technologies in 100 stores. Malong participates in Omega 8, a communication platform designed to connect Walmart and innovative technology companies to develop scalable technology solutions that deliver rapid value. According to shopper feedback, average weighing time has reduced by approximately 40 percent.
