British Army chefs attend vegan cooking class
Personnel from the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force and Civil Service attended a plant-based culinary training workshop, held by Humane Society International/UK (HSI/UK), Veganuary and Plant Future. The course covered the basics of making flavoursome dishes without the meat and dairy ingredients, which typically have a higher environmental footprint than plant-based options.
