New owners at Gallicoop
Three Hungarian private equity funds, Takarék, Béta and Status Food have become the 100-percent owners of Gallicoop Zrt., the company announced in a press release on 11 September. The new board of directors appointed András Muzsek as the new CEO of Gallicoop Zrt., whose former positions included CEO of Sága Foods Zrt. Szarvas-based Gallicoop Zrt.’s sales revenue was HUF 36.56 billion last year.
