New strategy, new model
METRO is expanding and developing its services for professional buyers, improving the customer experience and increasing efficiency.

Focusing on HoReCa buyers and retailers, stores are remodelled, delivery services are expanded, the online marketplace is made bigger, and METRO’s digital presence and services are strengthened. METRO is implementing this strategy in several stages – in the spring of 2022 the METRO store in Budakalász was remodelled this way, and this was followed by the store on Fóti Road and in Szeged last autumn. This spring the Nyíregyháza, Győr and Szombathely stored followed. //
