Fourth place at the young chef world championship
In October Istanbul was the host of the young chef world championship of Chaine des Rotisseurs, where Hungary was represented by Márk Kis-Berkes, the chef of Arany Kaviár Restaurant.

Márk finished 4th in a very strong competition. Young chefs worked independently, using only the contents of the “surprise basket” they received at the beginning of the competition.
