Customer experience – 24 hours a day
On 23 September 2020 international call center service provider United Call Centers (UCC) was there at the Business Days conference in Tapolca. CEO Zsolt Szmolinka (CEO) and head of business development Balázs Kopcsó introduced their 24-hour service, which is free from language barriers.
With its 20 years of experience, United Call Centers maximises customer experience and service performance, while also cutting costs for partners. UCC is building the brands of partners with the help of sustainable green solutions. The company’s services are 100-percent cloud-based and 100-percent tailored to partner needs. UCC’s Sales Assistant service, chatbot systems and shared teams can reduce the costs and human resource needs of partners in sales work by 50 percent. (x)
