The domestic analysis of Work Force Kft. and its foreign outlook suggest that in 2020, labor hiring will become more valuable, staffing requirements will be more difficult to plan and retaining skilled workers will be more important than ever.
In line with the trends of recent years, many still complain that it is harder to find the right staff, but soon enough, the workforce of negligible scale may enter the labor market if orders from some automotive companies are actually reduced and their suppliers optimize production at a lower level.
