Rémy Cointreau buys majority share in Champagne J.de Telmont
Rémy Cointreau has bought a majority stake in Champagne J.de Telmont, which is owned by the Lhopital family. The deal includes brands, inventory, production facilities, real estate assets and vineyards in the Champagne region. Founded in 1912, Champagne J.de Telmont is characterised by traditional craftsmanship and organic agriculture.
