More than three thousand people decided in favor of a healthy diet
Over the past 8 months, more than 3,000 adults have joined the Miből Mennyit Egyek program, supported by the Auchan Foundation, to receive free, personalized nutrition advice on a weekly basis after a health assessment.
Almost half of the registrants (45%) would not change their lifestyle because of illness, but because they simply want to eat healthier, and 57% want to lose weight.
There are many reasons to choose a more balanced meal: we want to live healthier, we want to lose weight or we want to reduce our health problems. However, without expert advice, it is not only difficult, but also dangerous to change our eating habits, since we cannot judge what is the right food for us and its optimal amount, what does one-sided nutrition mean, and how can we make our diet varied and healthy. In the past semester, thanks to the support of the Auchan Foundation, the digital nutrition guide Miből Mennyt Eyek provided help in this, and also in the long term. The advisory system presenting online dietary recommendations was built entirely by dietitians, who “held the hands of the participants” for up to 6 months from the time of registration.
