TMK 2in1: workshop and meeting in one day
On June 6, the Trade Marketing Klub invited those interested to a meeting reminiscent of a barbecue party, in the event hall and terrace of the Anna Hotel Budapest. During the morning, there was also a workshop discussing the possibilities of LinkedIn, also organized by TMK.
This year’s TMK grill party was held in a cozy location, in the event hall of the Anna Hotel and on the terrace of the Mimama restaurant. Although in a new environment, the day started with the usual enthusiasm, with the promise of personal meetings, acquaintances and conversations.
Social selling
The LinkedIn workshop was held on June 6, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., just before the Trade Marketing Klub meeting, led by Linkedin specialist Margó Kohanecz. The practice-oriented morning guided the participants from the basics of LinkedIn, the creation of a profile, through the possibilities of building relationships, to the creation of a professional brand, to the details of communication and solutions for sales purposes.
The focus is on balance
Psychologist Dr. Olívia Fekete’s presentation entitled “Work-life balance in a different way – focus on our resources” touched on what are our resources that we can mobilize in everyday life. The aspects of the interaction of the participants’ work and private life were reviewed through small group discussions, and then these were restructured along the organizational, group, interpersonal and individual levels. Then the participants individually selected their character strengths.
The review of the topic continued in a round table discussion, moderated by Ágnes Csiby company manager and psychologist, one of the founders of TMK. The participants of the round table were: psychologist Dr. Olívia Fekete, Mónika Vörös Head of People Experience East Europe Unilever and Tibor Veress Coffee Category
Development Team Leader Nestlé and they sought answers to typical problems in the multinational corporate environment, aware of individual goals and strengths, by mobilizing internal resources, how they can be bridged.
After the outstanding professional program, the discussions continued in small groups in the company of roast dishes and cakes.
